CONDITIONS UPON WHICH PERSONS ARE LICENSED TO OCCUPY PREMISES

So that you understand the basis of the contract between you and Spirit de Mojacar when you book your accommodation, we have laid out, as clearly as possible, the conditions on which you’re booking is made. Nothing in these conditions affects your normal statutory rights.

ANIMALS

We regret that no animals are allowed in the premises. This is to safeguard the furnishings and to ensure that any future occupants who may be allergic to animals are not affected.

SMOKING

For the health and well being of our visitors this is a non smoking premise.

TIMES OF ARRIVAL

Not before 2 p.m. on date of arrival unless by special arrangement.

TIME OF DEPARTURE

In order to allow the cleaner sufficient time to prepare the premises for incoming visitors, we ask that your apartment is vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. (Unless otherwise agreed)

KEYS AND ACCESS CODES

Before the date of arrival, please ensure that you have been given instructions and relevant information for collecting the key to the apartment.

CLEANING

Please leave the premises in a clean and tidy condition. This apartment offers no maid service during your stay. All dishes should be washed and replaced in the cupboards and refuse removed. Cleaning service at the end of your stay is a payable @ 40.00Euro. Payment must be agreed prior to the stay and arranged with local cleaning services.

LINEN

Linen and bedding is provided however must be laundered by guest prior to leaving (unless otherwise agreed)

OCCUPANTS PROPERTY

The owners accept no responsibility or risk for loss of or damage to any property (Including vehicles or their contents) of an Occupant or any member of the Occupant’s party or of any person or any person or persons visiting the premises with the consent of any Occupant or any member of the Occupant’s party.

BOOKING & DEPOSITS

Please note Bookings will be confirmed by email – All bookings are subject to a £100.00 deposit unless otherwise agreed. All payments must be paid in full 8 weeks before arrival

CANCELLATION

In the event of cancellation the payment of the deposit is non-refundable.
Depending on the time of cancellation, the balance may be refundable either in full or in part, as set out below: ­
Cancellation 14 weeks before arrival – 75 % of balance
Cancellation 7-13 weeks before arrival – 50% of balance
Cancellation 4-6 weeks before arrival – 10% of balance
Cancellation 2-4 weeks or less before arrival – no refund

In the unlikely event we need to cancel a full refund will be given or alternative travel dates.
Please note this does not cover any weather related incidents or `Act of God`– & should be covered by your own travel insurance.

BREAKAGES

The Occupant is responsible for the actual costs of any breakages loss or damage in or to the accommodation – along with any additional costs that may result which are caused by him or his party, and the Company can require payment from you to cover any such costs. All breakages or damage must report immediately.

POOL AREA

No glasses around the pool – please note any broken glass in or around the pool may result in the pool requiring full draining. – All costs will be incurred & recovered by Occupants.
